This is also more of an Adobe Acrobat Reader problem. ALL other PDF viewers have no problems with this.

Open your PDF in any webbrowser you like to use: see the fonts better?
If you only wish to use Adobe Acrobat/Reader, you'll want to consider switching to TTF fonts instead of using SHX fonts.

I have tried opening in Chrome, but still the fonts is faded. I'm opening using PDF-Xchange editor and the fonts are faded as well. So frustrated with this issue. The only way I have to make them darker is to change from ISO font to Roman but it will be very tedious for over 100 pages to be changed. Hope you guys have other solution to workaround.

change to a true type font, or change color of text to match up with the fonts that are dark enough

Share your PDF here: also include a small area of the source DWG if you can as well, let's see what might reveal itself too.

In the end you are in total control of line weights, all the time: if you use plot style tables then bump up output for your text to match the others, or change to TTF/Windows fonts.
