Failing to open https://manage.autodesk.com/products

I have recently installed Autocad 2025 but i am failing to add the Electrical tools because every time i try change to the products and services page, it gets stuck on a white screen.

 

If I clear my cookies and try open it directly it asks for my login then reverts back to being stuck on white.

I have tried it on Edge and on chrome. I even logged in on my phone to see if that would help. Same result.

Seems to be working fine.

 

Try accessing the webpage with your login from your smartphone not-on-wifi to see if the page at least comes up for you there (you are trying to rule out a network issue with your computer).

Thats exactly what I did. Perhaps my account is still "new" I purchased a license earlier today. Will give it a day and see if the problem persists.

Update: I managed to get the tools by signing up for a free trial. When it installed for the free trial, the license kicked in.

 

I never got the web page to load. Even tried non-chromium based browsers. Still gets stuck on the white screen.

same issue Tried 3 browser chrome, edge and Firefox it always fails to load https://manage.autodesk.com/products

Try the free trial link. It will require you to fill out a short form of who you are and what you do but after it installs, there is no timer and the profile logs in as normal with full functionality. link bellow

That is kind of what the trial is for. Try it once. You can't just continue to install the trial.

 

Or, am I missing something here?
