I would like to copy/paste some elements in my drawing but every time I do they find a new snap grid. Why on earth does it do that?

Use the COPYBASE command, or the copy/paste buttons in the ribbon menu. Then you'll be able to choose the insertion point when copying.

Hi @rlush4F88G

Did you try the Copy/Paste Clip method that I mentioned in the previous post in your reply. Its the same idea as CopyBase but works for AutoCAD electrical where it trims wires and retag components as well.

See this video below where I specify Base Point on the grid which makes sure when pasting it doesn't go off grid.
