Check for duplicate contact does not work

Good afternoon.
In the project attachment.
On the first, third and fifth sheets, the contact 21, 24 of the relay 1KL1 is repeated.
But when checking the "Check Autocad Electrical" errors are not issued.
Why, and how to make it show error?

Hi there,

Just a thought. have you checked that the tags are correct?  As in are the 1KL1 and not 1KL 1?  Have you run the project rebuild tool before running the report tool?

And I would ask, did you use the ACE COPY COMPONENT tool or did you use the AutoCAD COPY / PASTE tool.  Most times ACE will not see a duplicate if you are using AutoCAD COPY / PASTE tool.

And by the way, when you first insert the coil you can define what the pin list or contact arrangement is.  ACE will keep track of which ones are used and which ones are still free.  You will have to over ride the warning to force a duplication.

If it is a relay you use often you can add it to the database with the coil and contact definitions.  You can read up on that using ACE Help tool.
