Where can I get the DLL "Catalog Browser" or code "Catalog Browser" ?

You must be a programmer. As far as the browser I highly doubt that will ever become available for programming.

You'll have to create your own. I did, it's not that tough.

Strange, I couldn't find those posts must have been under a different account or just so long ago anyway here is a couple:

It started out in VBA and back then I was using SQL as a back end a single MISC_CAT table it's now compatible with all tables and done in C#.

As always you can find lots of code and tips in the .net Forums here and one of my favorite sites was Kean Wamsley -Through the Interface.
