Cable Marker and Wire numbering

I got 12 wires coming out of a 12 pin connector and going to 6 other 2 pin connectors ( 2 wire pairs ). How can I indicate that each 2 wires go through 1 cable ( so 6 cables in total ) and then use Wire number so it numbers each wire for its cable
example: Cable1 -> Cable1_Wire1
                                  Cable1_Wire2
