Autocad Not responding
Why is a DOCX attched ? Is there a virus in there ?
You can not open a DOCX with acad or a DRG ! A DWG is better. 
Do you have this with every DWG or just 1 ?
If only with 1, open it with recover.

What release of ACADE are you using?
Including this information in your questions will lead to quicker answers as each release of ACADE has some major differences from the prior releases.
To track down a problem or to answer a How-To question requires us to know which release we should be looking at and as much other information as possible (workflow which causes the problem as an example).
We need more information in the post. If you included this information in the DOCX you attached, please paste it into a post as most people will not open a document from an unknown source due to security concerns and viruses.
Some questions we need answered to be able to help...
Are the dwgs on a network?
Does the computer user have FULL read/write access to the dwg location and all the locations where support files are located?
Does ACADE start up properly when you don't open a dwg?
Can you start a new dwg with no problems?
If you start a new dwg and then save it to the C: drive, can you open it without problems?
What file type are you trying to open? ACADE (or ACAD) will not properly open dwgs from competing packages but most can be imported.
If they are DWG files, do you know what version of ACADE created them?
