Autocad Electrical did not start and Start window stays as it is!

Few users not able to open CAD electrical on 21st & 22nd IST time zone. Any issue is there?

internal CAD support team looks not available due to Festival Vacations!

Try to repair the Microsoft Access engine.

Adding to that i can hear like some users even don't have "Microsoft database engine..." file in there Control panel so no scope for them to repair! 

Is this cyber-attack kinda thing! just a weird guess! 😅

What version of electrical are you having issues with?  I have the same on ACADE 2024 but I don't even have MS access db installed.

2022 version. 2024 version is just launched and may be not suitable for us since we have something additional add On on 2022 versoin.
