AutoCAD Electrical 2025 - Quick Access Toolbar - Icons added are greyed out?

I have added additional icons to the QAT but they are greyed over.  They work but just do not display.  When hovering over the QAT gray squares highlight with the icon description?  Any idea how I can have the icons display?  The standard ACE QAT icons are OK.

Thank you...

Which icons would these be, your own custom personal png/bmp files or from the core CUI list?

They are from the CUI list.  I added basic Autocad icons (line, Rectangle..) to the ACE QAT.  They are there but are masked over with a gray square.  I can hover over and get the tool tips but cannot see the icon.

I am not able to replicate your issue in the QAT with buttons added from CUI or other parts of the Ribbon, but I'm not using ACADE2025 (and your screenshot is from ACADE2024).

Thanks for hanging in here.  The Gif below shows the issue.  CUI list screenshot.

In the ACAD commands list the icon image for Rectangle exists.  When I copy the rectangle to

the QAT in Electrical the icon image is blank.  Could you share with me your process of transferring

commands to the QAT?  Please check the customizations list below.  Let me know if the gif is helpful.

I'm accepting the solution is an issue only occurring on my machine. What I did is load the individual image files for each icon that was greyed out. Tedious but it seemed to
have worked.
