Autocad ELectrical 2025 and Vault 2021

Hi all,

My client is using Vault 2021 and has installed the client on my machine along with Inventor 2021.  I am trying to connect with the vault with ACADE 2025 but there is no Vault Tab.  I installed Vault 2025 and the Vault tab appears but I cannot connect with the server because it is Vault 2021.

When I uninstalled vault 2025, the Vault tab goes away.

How do I get ACADE 2025 to see Vault 2021 client? 

Vault 2021 Client was installed after ACADE 2025 and a colleague is using vault 2021 (same server) with ACADE 2024 so it should work.

The Vault installation was installed and is used over a VPN.  The installation took 6+ hours so I really don't want to do a re-install if I can avoid it.

Hi @steven.coxVCM6J 

Vault 2021 client is not compatible with AutoCAD Electrical 2025.

Thanks for the reply Jaya,

I was told that my colleague is using ACADE 2024 with Vault 2021.  Can you confirm this is correct as the article says 2 versions.

Where can I download 2024 or 2023 ACADE?  I hate to go backwards, but I cannot expect my client to upgrade their entire team for me.
