AutoCAD electrical 2014 Failed Installation aborted, Result=1603

Hi there,

My computer has been rebooted recently. Today I try to install AutoCAD electrical 2014 on the same computer again, but failed. Below is the failed image and setup.log

Could someone help me with that?

More information: system: Windows 10, 64bit. Windows Defender has already been closed.

Problem solved!

Reason: CAD tries to install .net framework, however it is already installed in windows 10.

How to solve:

1. find setup.ini in your installation path

2. search for ".net"

3. add "IGNORE_FAILURE=YES" in every .net parts.

Addition:

if you are installing autocad from CD_ROM just like me, it is not possible to change setup.ini since it is read only.

How to solve?

Copy all the files in the CD_ROM to your computer, adjust setup.ini as shown in above, then do the setup!
