Attributes and Flip/reverse function

I have a component, motorized switch with Kirk Key.  The M for motorized and KK for Kirk key are not working with the Flip/Reverse function like the other attributes in the component.  Please see attached.

What do I need to change in the component to get them working?

Thanks,

Matt

I just tried to save to my PC, insert the symbol and it worked.  Wondering were the terminals added after you inserted the symbol originally and if the drawing needs to purge of old blocks? The only way I can duplicate this issue and not have it reverse is by removing the terminal attributes.  Maybe try it in a new drawing on your PC since it works for me in 2018.

I'm using ACADE 2017, but I don't think that makes a difference.

The terminals were existing, in fact, I added the KK portion to an existing component.

The component flips and reverses for me, it just flips and reverses the attribute for the Kirk Key also, instead of leaving them in the correct orientation like the rest of the attributes.

I see now.  I could get that to work by opening properties for the Rating11 (M) and Rating12 (KK), all of the MISC properties are NO (currently the Constant and Lock Position was Yes).  The Rating12 was spelled wrong, but don't think that would have an impact.

Edit: Looks like it's the Constant Property.  I can leave the Lock Position Property Yes and it will leave the text when flip/rotate is used.

Thank you.  I changed the setting to NOT be CONSTANT and it works.  Wonder why that is?  I thought CONSTANT referred to the value, not orientation within the block.
