Access to "Template" Folder

I am new to this company and they just loaded AutoCAD Electrical 2018, I am the user but did not do the install and I am not the Administrator. After creating the New Border Template I was able to save it to the C:\user\mccauley\AppData\Local\Autodesk\AutoCAD Electrical 2018\r22.0\enu\Template folder. However, when I went to Insert Block I do not have access to that string. So I went to Windows Explorer and did not have access there either. What's up with that ? I need to get there not just to Insert this Border but to have access to my current .mbl's and such. Any ideas?

By default, that is a hidden folder. In the address bar, it where you were the filename, type
%APPDATA%
and press enter. This should bring you half the way to that folder.
