access linked tables

I need to be able to used linked tables in access for my catalog data, I have an sql server and I am currently using that in AcadE 17 however it does not play nice with my ERP system which depends on the .mdb file for a BOM delve has anyone ever gotten this to work?

I've tried with the help of MS Access wizards I know, but no luck. AcadE 2017 supports SQL-server. Haven't tried to link tables there. Maybe you can try, and get back to me on that 🙂 ?
