"Export Civil 3D Drawing" to use Standard File Dialog

It would be great if the Export Command used the Standard File dialog that has saved places.

I use the saved places all the time as our projects change and for some reason the Destination file dialog uses a different Dialog box that does not have the saved places, so we have to navigate.

Most of the other dialog boxes now use the other dialog box.
