Pressure Pipe Network - Fitting and Appurtenance Style in Profile View

For Fitting and Appurtenance Styles, the 'Profile' Tab is missing in the Dialog Box. This prevents the use of 'Display as user-defined block' in a Profile View. This Tab and Function needs to be added in order to use custom blocks for Fittings and Appurtenances to meet Drafting Standards.

I am marking this as Implemented since a Profile tab was added for Fittings and Appurtenances in Civil 3D 2021 forward.
