Pipe networks labels placement in different annotation scales: Give us the ability to place Pipe labels text independant of annotative scale (as with MLEADER's). Labels that look good in 1-200 scale genereally look like crap in 1000-scale. If we cant get the "smart" civil3d-object labels to work with Dref'd pipe networks, then we can't fully make the switch from xref to dref.
Imagine D-ref'in a pipe network in a Project containting 10 drawing definition files (in 1-200 scale). if you D-ref the network directly into the drawing definition you end up with a network without labels in each file. Have fun manually placing labels for each netowork and dragging them around each drawing definition file.
And then have even more fun when your customer wants 5 (1-400 scale) drawings, in which case you cannot even D'ref the same source pipe network, as the label placement in your 1-400 drawing definitions will need to be moved - and this can currently has to be done manually in each of your 5 1-400 drawing definition files.
