Microdrainage Link 2016 - Unknown Command

Hi,

I have just installed the Microdrainage Productivity Tool 64 for Civils 2016.  However when i try and run the import tool, it first asks me to Trust the 'MD file, then i get an error in the form of 'unknown command' when i try and excute the tool.

Did you trust it?

Is this listed in the Trusted Locations in the Options dialog box?

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\C3D 2016\enu\Data\Reports\WinDES\

Where did you download the Microdrainage Productivity Tool 64 for Civils 2016 from? i can't find it anywhere in Autodesk support?

You can find it on this website:

Your Autodesk account has to be associated with your license in order to be able to download it. Its under the recommended updates.

Thanks for the reply.

I don't know if it's me being thick, but there's nothing in the listings on the page link you sent me relating to WINDES/MICRODRAINAGE or even Civil 3D 2016.

Can you let me know which download on that page you think I should be selecting?

It should only show up if in the Products tab Civil 3D is associated with your account.
