assembly / subassembly help

I'm having a slight issue when I construct my assembly.  The circles that are located on the points of each component (shape) are showing up really big.  Can someone let me know how I can drastically reduce the size of these circles?  Thanks.

Toolspace, Settings, General, Multipurpose Styles, Marker Styles, edit them to be the desired size. I'd probably change the value to absolute instead of scaling to the annotation scale.
