Depending on what your looking for you could use the "Create Best Fit Alignment" on Home Tab_Create Design panel_Alignment_Create Best Fit Alignment.
Or you can create a line point to point by "Create Line by point object" which allows you to pick any portion of point or marker of the desired points one by one. Found on Home Tab_Draw panel_Create line flyout.
