I use Civil 3D 2017.  I have a new a360 account that I can sign in with, but design feed will not load with it.  If i use my old account, it will load no problem.

If it's working with one username and not the other, I would focus on what's different between the usernames. Does the working one have entitlements to any products that the non-working one doesn't?
