To download the module, log in your Autodesk Account and filter by Civil 3D and it should be appear under Updates.

Thank you, but it's not there, only some security updates for version 2020.

Once you log into your account, click on Updates> in the Search box, type in Geotech, you should see them as shown below:

You can also use the Filters but I find that it's not easy to find the updates/extension sometimes.
