Have seen this a few times when your system is having problems reading from the disc. Try copying the content from the media to your HD.

That error usually indicates that a file is being locked in use. Try closing
all the applications running or even better, rebooting your system and
trying the installation again. Also, check the space requirements in your
machine. The problem might be caused by not enough disk space.
