ECW image shifting within paper space

Problem: ECW image shifting within paperspace layout. Problem only with viewports which have been twisted.

Computer:

Windows 7 64bit

32gig ram

Quadro 2000 (on the supported list)

Using Civil3d 2012

Have tried recovering... moving the geometry is not an option.

Have also tried toggling "Projection" on and off as suggested in other threads

This seems to have been a long standing issue and its surprising there yet seems to be a fix

Have made the same post in an AutoCAD 2011 as a reply to a board on the same issue. Link: http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/AutoCAD-2011/Image-shifting-in-Paper-Space-quot-Autocad-2011-quot/m-p/...

Try switching the insertion method (Map Insert vs.. FDO attach). There is an outside chance that it might help. Otherwise, open a support request. You will inevitably get the official "known issue" response, but if there are enough of them on the pile they might eventually fix it.

I've seen the image shifting when zooming in and out before.    As long as it plots the same way every time it's only been a annoyance not a problem.   It would be nice if they fixed it, but it's not high on my priority list.

Therein lies the problem - Sometimes it looks fine, but it always plots incorrectly Kirk Noonan Carter Associates, Inc.P (772) 562-4191 F (772) 562-7180
