Can't select Surface point in 3D view

If I try to select a Surface point to delete while not in a Plan view. I get an error when I select the surface. The Style has Points set to display in Plan and Model. Is this normal behavior?

Apparently it is.  I found that when I select a surface from a 3d viewpoint the contextual ribbon is different than the one in plan view, and it doesn't include surface editing commands.

Hi Allen,

Just tried in a surface that i have here, and when i rotate the view, the points disapear..

Just went to the surface style, and turned the "points" on again at the display tab.

Can you please attach the file to try if it work's here?

Best regards.

@Topmig I'm glad you posted. The drawing I'm working on was too complicated to post. So I created a simple one for posting. I tested my problem in the new drawing and I could select the Surface Points to delete. I pasted the Surface I was working on into a new drawing. I can delete the points now.

@sboon I had the problem because of some corruption or glitch in the drawing. If I create a new drawing and Surface or paste the Surface into a new drawing from template. I can select and delete Surface points in a 3D view.
