This is a suite that contains multiple products like Civil 3D & 3ds max and a few others
3ds Max design is just 3ds max design it is not a suite of applications

Infrastructure Design Suite, Standard (IDS), Premium (ISDP) and Ultimate (IDSPU) are not distinct programs; they are groups of individual programs sold as Suites.
The individual programs in the suites each have there own Idea Stations.
For example IDSP includes AutoCAD*, AutoCAD Map**, AutoCAD Civil 3d**, 3DS Max**, Raster Design***. Navisworks Simulate*, Recap**, Storm and Sanitary***, etc.
* Forum only, no Ideas. (AUGI maintains a section that is roughly the equivalent of Autodesk Ideas)
