Tooltips beside crosshairs won't go away

Recently reset my Autocad Civil 3D 2016 back to defaults to try and get rid of some performance issues and I have turned off all the annoying crap that pops up beside the cross-hairs but still keep getting these displays popping up when I issue a command. What am I missing?

Turn off Dynamic Input:

Thanks, boss. I don't have that option on the bottom like in your screenshot but I just typed in DYNMODE and turned it off.
