Uniformat II list essentially blank. How do I add or update this list?

I assume very few people use feature, but the list in my template is both locked and only has 1 entry listed D2010 - Plumbing Fixtures

From what I understand this list in pulled in from the Uniformat II Classifications (1997 ed).dwg file 

When I open Uniformat II Classifications (1997 ed).dwg the list in this file is far more expansive and unlocked.  Does anyone now how I can either edit or repopulate the Uniformat II list in my template?

Nevermind, as soon as I posted I realized with both files open and in the Style Manager I could just drag the list from the Uniformat II Classifications (1997 ed).dwg file to my template file then OVERWRITE EXISTING in the Import/Export dialog pop up.
