Tools - CustomData Element

Tools have a CustomData element. Under this is a Dependencies child element that has a "base" attribute that contains a hard coded path. What is this and should I be concerned that this path will be different on machines that the toolpalette this tool resides in will be copied to? In other words, I'm developing content and toolpalettes locally and plan on distributing them locally to other machines via xcopy. All paths in the tools are either relative or contain the %AECCONTENT_DIR% or %INSTALL_DIR% vars. Will this one hard coded path cause problems? Thanks -- Bobby C. Jones
