My dimension line gets extended by itself and doesn't get down.

Hello.

Whenever I select dimension tool and select the first point, dimension line gets extended far away (pic 1) and I can't move it properly (pic 2-3).

It happened after I changed some dimension options. Problem is probably there. How did I mess up?

I'm not sure I follow, what are your three screenshots trying to show exactly?
Do you just need to turn off SNAP (F9 button on your keyboard toggles it on/off)?

Any reason you've not asked your teacher for hands-on guidance? That would probably help you best.

It was apparently about view point/perspective, it was drawing along z axis or something, i dont know why. But I solved it, thanks anyway 🙂
