Migrate Custom Settings AutoCAD Architecture 2019

After a hard drive failure I've installed and taken weeks to reconfigured a version of AutoCAD Architecture 2013. Since I've downloaded Building Design Suite Premium 2019.

While activating it a very cool "Migrate Custom Settings" window popped up, laid out in 10 boxed categories, including profiles, CUI, Command alias etc.

However as I proceeded to Migrate settings and files from my previous release, and error message appeared and roadblocked me to a point I had to end the task.

In attempt to access this window after a restart, I was unable to, but through windows start tab I found both AutoDesk and AutoCAD Architecture 2019 - English.  Although other AutoDesk apps have a Migrate icon from the dropdown, AutoCAD Architecture 2019 does not. the AutoDesk icon has 2 dropdowns (with different photos) Migrate from Previous Release. But when either is clicked I get a message: Migrate Profiles requires that AutoCAD 200 or later version be installed on your system. (as stated, I have AutoCAD Architecture 2013).  Thanks for your help.

You should NOT use the migration tool to move from ACA2013 to ACA2019: move what content you need manually from old to new and set up everything else as you need it when you need it.
