Macro causes Group

I created a really simple macro for 'Copy/Rotate' and it works but the final product is always a Group. I even went so far as to add an 'UnGroup' tool to my toolbar to undo it after every use. Of course, this defeats the purpose of the Macro! Here I am back to multiple steps to workaround some AutoCAD anomaly.

Any suggestions on how to stop it from making a group with each use?

What does the command CR do exactly? That's your problem, you don't know what is going on with your add-on, only you have RA tools from the TEMP_RA_2019 source, none of us using any AutoCADARCH versions do.
