Those property controls are part of the out-of-the-box AutoCAD ribbon setup, but are not included in the out-of-the-box AutoCAD Architecture ribbon setup (and never have been). This blog article (from nearly six years ago) explains how to add those controls to a panel that you can then add to a ribbon tab in the ACA.cuix. There is an embedded video that shows what needs to be done. The instructions should still work in ACA 2022, even if the interface colors and tool icons have changed a little bit since the 2016 release.
