Do you have Properties (in one or more Property Set Defintions) for the floor finish and floor finish level data?

 

If so, you can use the Create Tag tool (on the Annotate ribbon tab, Scheduling panel flyout; it runs the DefineTag command) to create a Schedule Tag Multi-View Block from graphics you create with AutoCAD elements to "mock up" the tag.  Use text as placeholders for the attribute definitions that will display the data of your two Properties.

This blog article runs through the process.  Please note that it was written prior to the introduction of the ribbon in AutoCAD Architecture, so ignore the references to obsolete pulldown menus in Step 3 and use the ribbon as noted above.

 

If you do not have Properties already, let us know and someone can point you in the right direction for creating those.
