Excel Spreadsheet Freezes when you Double Click to Edit

Hello,

Hope someone can give me some insight on this issue I am having.  There is a DWG that has a spreadsheet pasted onto the layout space. If I open the DWG, double click on it to edit the spreadsheet, it works. When another user, the person that created the DWG tries this, the spreadsheet will either crash or freeze and then close or becomes unresponsive. 

I logged in as the other user on my PC and  the same thing happens, freezes, crashes, etc etc. Logged in as another user that isn't myself or the creator of the DWG and same thing.

Only works when I'm logged in as myself on my PC but doesn't work when I log in as myself on another PC.   

I tried resetting autocad settings to default, re-install autocad and office 2013 and it did not resolve anything. Besides, since it works on my computer but not as other users, i do not think reinstalling resolves anything anyways.

The other person that needs this to work tried to recreate a new DWG and pasting the spreadsheet again. Worked when created but stops working when you close the DWG.  

The spreadsheet was copied and pasted from Excel.

I attached the problematic DWG so anyone can take a look at it and test it for themselves.
