DWGUNITS not working

I'm losing my mind over this and nothing it's fixing it.

I have a model that came in millimiters, I used both un and DWGUNITS commands to turn it into meters, but what's supossed to be 12 meters, shows as 120 meters.

WHat am I doing wrong?:! WHy it doenst work?! I need to deliver this job in a few days but I can't with units messed like this!

Your content did not need to be scaled (or scaled differently),  in addition to the "units" adjusted. It happens, you cannot just always assume the content needs to be scaled @yijago2037 

I personally use DWGUNITS to do everything BUT scale, then confirm manually, then SCALE only if needed.
