Does NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 with Max-Q Design work for AutoCAD Architecture?

Hi, I am thinking of purchasing a new laptop for various purposes. One of the important purposes is using AutoCAD Architecture on the laptop. There are some options of the laptop, but am now thinking to purchase a gaming machine that has a graphic  board of NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 with Max-Q Design. I read some articles that tell only the specific graphic board such as Quadro is OK with AutoCAD. Other than that, the function of AutoCAD won't be used on the wrong graphic board such as for gaming PC... The reason why I would like to purchase the laptop with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 with Max-Q Design is the cheaper price compared to the workstation with quadro, though the spec looks better. If you have any experiences of idea for this, you are most welcome...! Thank you very much!

All video cards "work" with AutoCAD ARCHITECTURE: how you use ACA (2D output, or 3D renderings or...) and ACA's year version and your OS start to be more important to know if you want more advice.

But... laptop performance is always compromised when compared to desktops in many ways, so "cheaper" means a lot more than just lower $$. Unless you truly need to be mobile.

The reason why I need to purchase a laptop not a desktop is, I am using the PC on my dinning table and keep it in drawer when I do not use. I am a Japanese and live in Japan. So, the space in a house is a kind of limited...

I am a student of distant learning university in architecture. So, I can download the latest version.

I am thinking to purchase a PC with Windows 10 pro.

Sorry for keeping to ask, but is the combination work well for the latest AutoCAD ARCHITECTURE??

Yes, your laptop needs to meet the recommended (not basic) options listed here https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/System-r...

For educational use, as long as the video card meets these requirements it should perform well, but since you are looking at a gaming card I personally cannot write much about it

So, maybe I need to purchase workstation with Quadro though the speed would be slower and is more expensive...
