Contour do not display

I am using ACA 2023 and losing the contour lines neither my surveyor, nor I can figure out the resolution? Is there add-on needed.

Are you both using AutoCAD variant software?

Did you both remember to turn on PROXYGRAPHICS and PROXYSHOW variables, saving the file(s), before exchanging that file(s)?
And do you need to also install the Civil3D object Enabler for ACA2023

OR... they can "export to autocad" and send you a dumbed down file for plain AutoCAD/ARCH use too.

Do you have the Civil 3D Object Enabler installed?  If not, the surveyor will need to save the file from Civil 3D with  PROXYGRAPHICS turned on.

When you say "variant software" what does that mean? I will find the plug-in and coordinate with my Civil Consultant making sure we are in sync.

@info Variant, as in AutoCAD Architecture/MEP/Mechanical/C3D/Plant3D/Map3D... This forum is for (and responses will come from) plain AutoCAD users predominantly.

The C3D OE is universal for all AutoCAD variants if you get the correct year-matching version as I noted in my first reply to you with the screenshot from the Autodesk Account Page where you'd get it.
