I am using Autocad 2011 architecture all these years without facing any particular problems, except the fatal errors, which very rarely occur.
Since last week some functions stopped to work when I selected them. The result was the screen of the monitor did not respond at all and after a while the screen became blurred white and the program closed when I clicked on the X sign. As far as I have found till now some of these functions that donot work are : Save as, Insert a raster image or a drawing reference, Printing a drawing only to PDF format, though the printing command of a drawing to my printer works perfectly. There may be other functions too, that donot work, but I donot have the time to find them all.
Using these functions on some different drawings, the result was the same, as I have described it. The same happened as well, when I opened a new drawing and tried to save it with an other name.
Looking at the troubleshooting problems for similar instructions, I was guided to use the repair or reinstall process through the commands of the Control Panel for unistalling or changing programs. But when I was asked to insert the original **** of Autocad, which you have provided me, for starting the repair or reinstall process, the commputer did not recognised it and the process ended unsuccessfully.
I asked for help from your reprantative company in Greece, but I was told to contact with you only.
Please give me insructions how to proceed with this problem, avoiding to uninstlall the program and install it from the beginning, since this proceedure requires a lot of adgustments afterwards.
