Access to DOCUMENTATION / NOTES VIA VBA

I'm looking for a tips to collect via visual basic the text located into "Notes / Données étendues"

For example, here I have a line (Not a AEC object !) and I want to edit the text and change it with VBA

VBA? In ACA there is no exposed API for text notes.

If i understood, there is not possiblity to access to the Notes with Visual Basic for Application (VAB) and Autocad Architecture ?

That's right, in VBA it doesn't have it but in .NET it does. See the link in the previous post.
