AutoCAD Architecture 2008 Randomly shuts down (Fatal Error)

We just recently purchased AutoCAD Architecture 2008 have had problems with the software from day one. The software has been reinstalled several times (with anti-virus turned off, nothing in the background running, custom install, typical install). We just can;t get the software to run properly.

The problem is so random that we can not pinpoint it. What happens is that we get fatal errors and messages that say the software was not installed properly. It could happen when we open AutoCAD for the first time of the day, it could be when we open a drawing, it could happen when we move a wall, etc. These problems are happening on 2 different machines with 2 different users. We are not on a server.

Our computer specs are as follows:
Windows XP Pro (Service Pack 2)
Intel Duo Core Processor 1864 MHz each
2 Gb Memory
NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT

Any help or advice would be wonderful. If you need more information please let me know.

I am getting the following messages:

Exception in acmgd.dll ARX Command
Unhandled Exception C0000005 (Access violation writing 0x0004) at address 77A89EB1h

Exception in c:\program files\autocad architecture 2008\AECDT1DB.dll ARX Command
Unhandled Exception C0000005 (Access violation writing 0x0004) at address 77A89EB1h

This version of AutoCAd was not installed properly and some features may not run correctly. You should reinstall AutoCAD immediately to make sure all features are working properly. Do you wish to continue?

I have installed and re-installed several different times but i continue to receive these messages. HELP! Please

The camera exception might be caused by having hardware accelaration turned on in the windows graphics card settings.
