xref pdf error

Hey All,

I'm using Architecture 2014 and am trying to xref in pdf. When I try I get this error, what might be causing this?

Hi,

the dialog image that appeared for you is telling you about the reasons why Architecture 2014 couldn't deal with the pdf file . so you have to find the proper reason that cause your problem and start to fix it.

Hi @Anonymous,

As @imadHabash mentioned, typically this error indicates that the PDF file itself is corrupt. There are a couple of options here:

• Can you attach the PDF file via another computer? (If so, the issue may be machine-specific, as noted in this thread.)
• Can you attach the PDF via another version of AutoCAD?
• How was the PDF originally created? And can you recreate it to see if a new version will attach successfully?
