Window Shutters

So apparently window shutters are only a part of Imperial tool catalog. (Logical, window shutters are not even common in Italy /s)

Can anyone, please, save me a lot of time of looking for my old installation that includes Imperial tool catalogs, and post a file with a wall and windows with shutters, so I can copy that style?

While on topic how I am supposed to deal with styles that show only in English version visualization styles (Medium detail ) and don't visualise correctly in Italian  visualization styles (like lets say Pianta 1-100 which is an  Italian equivalent of Medium detail)

P.S. I don't even know why I keep on using ACA when it seems Revit is so much more supported. I just like it.

See attached.  BTW, you should be able to install the imperial datasets if you want to. Just reinstall and choose the imperial dataset.

I have not had the challenge of trying to adapt content set up for a different localization's Display Settings, but I would imagine that you would need to bring the content into a file using your Display System and then look at the Display Representation that is active for the Display Configuration/View direction (ie, active Display Representation Set) and then make adjustments to the display settings to match similar content in your local content.

To the extent that your content uses the Drawing Default settings, those should be what the imported content uses.  If your content OR the imported content relies on style-level display overrides to achieve the desired look, then you would have to reproduce those style-level overrides on the appropriate Display Representation for imported content.  For example, if the imported content has a display override on the Plan Display Representation, for use in the Medium Detail Display Configuration, top view direction, and the active Display Representation for the Pianta 1-100 Display Configuration has a name other than "Plan", you would have to reproduce the override settings for your active Display Representation.

Similarly, if the display is dependent upone Material Definition settings, you would either need to adjust the Material Definitions that get imported with the imported content to match similar settings in your localized content or edit the style/definition and assign materials from your local content that have the desired settings.

Sorry, I didn`t reply right away.

Thank you very much! You saved me a good couple of hours of searching for and installing the packages!

Yes, I figgured that much. I know it depends on style overides etc. But setting it up display overides manually is really messy. I have trouble understanding, what controls what. I thought maby there is a quick way to synch styles or smth.
