Are there any websites where one could find quality AutoCAD exercises that demand the use of all commands an Architect would use?

Are you using AutoCAD Architecture or plain AutoCAD?  If using just AutoCAD, you should be asking in the AutoCAD newsgroup.  For ACA, use the AEC commands to add walls, doors, windows, stairs, roofs, slabs, curtainwalls, etc.
