walls from xref - line type not the same

I have a hidden line type for walls, but when I xref it in my sheet it shows it as continuous.  These are demo'd walls, so they need to be dashed.

Are you using ACA objects for walls?

If so, your display configuration may be different for the host and xref file.

If they are just linework, you can change the xref linetype in the hots drawing.

Or set Visretain to 0 (zero) in the host drawing, reload the xref, and change Visretain back to 1
