Wall Boundary Line Colour Interference

The two wall elements shown below are the same Wall Style, yet they are displaying differently. Can anybody identify why this may be? I have attached a file containing these 2 walls.

Select wall right click and select edit object display then general properties tab.  Make color bylayer.
