VIEWPORT TRANSPARENCY NOT WORKING

Working in Autocad Architecture 2023.  My viewport transparency is not working with items I've drawn. Transparency display is set to 1. (Tried it both ways). Tried opening it up in Autocad Architecture 2024. Same thing. Tried copying it to a drawing where the viewport transparency is working. Items that were in file are transparent. Items I copied are not. I'm stumped

How is transparency set please? None of your layers are set as such in the file you shared in modelspace

And inside the viewport in the layout

Go to layout tab not model space. Click inside viewport. You will see viewport transparency is set to 80. Doesn't show up

You have applied object overrides for transparency and set it to zero.  In order for the transparency by viewport to work, set Transparency at the object to bylayer.
