Using Mirror Command with 3D Objects

Hello,

I am in AutoCAD Architecture 2016.

I am trying to draw a roof condition in 3D.  However, I am not very experienced drawing in AutoCAD in 3D.  I am trying to use the Mirror command, but it appears to be only 2D.  Is it possible to change the axes you use for the Mirror command?  If not, is there another alternative?

(For context, I am trying to draw this roof condition in 3D just to help myself figure out how to draw an elevation of it - it's a strange roof condition at a weird angle).

Thanks for any help/suggestions.

Hi,

There exists the command _MIRROR3D (>>>details<<<)

If that does not help you always have the chance to define your coordinate system (command _UCS) which then represents the plane for your mirror action.
