Unable to execute the tool. Unspecified error.

Every icon on the Tool Palette under every tab gives me this message:

     "Unable to execute the tool. Unspecified error."

Architecture 2019

I have tried the following:

- repair the installation

- verified Tool Palettes File Location is correct on the computer and in Options

- does not work with standard profile from AutoCAD

- tried the method of copying from the administrator user folder and into my user folder.

Looking for any ideas or help?

I have followed each of the steps in that thread, even fully uninstall and reinstall the program. I know there is something on my computer causing the issue, since the other station works correctly.
