TROUBLE SHOOTING LATOUT TABS

I CAN NOT SEEM TO GET MY LAYOUT TABS TO APPEAR. THE DISPLAY TAB OPTION IS ON BUT NO TABS.  ANY IDEAS?

Post a screenshot of your ABOUT command please.

Or just reset or reinstall your AutoCADARCH program and see if that helps, assuming you already restarted your PC to remove any temporary gremlins at play first.

I have restarted my computer and nothing has changed. I have also made
sure there are no updates needed. How do I reset my program?
